Instructions for porcelain bundt cake pan use

Have you just received our handmade porcelain bundt cake pan?
Congratulations! Let the unique form makes you happy when baking and its use.

General properties of porcelain baking pans :

• food safe 
• dishwasher safe
• microwave safe
• oven safe (even up to 300°C)
• covering of baked bundt cake
• avoid extreme temperature change (hot or cold, above 15°C difference)

Wash with detergent and rinse with warm water before first use. 

Greasing of bundt cake pan:

Greasing with thicker layer of soft butter or lard is sufficient, carefully in each curve. Sprinkling with flour or light bread crumbs can be used as well, but it is not necessary according to our experience.  After baking let cool down the cake in the form for about 15-20 minutes in a cold place, to coold down the outer sides. Afterwards the cake can be put on the cooling rack and let finally cool down. 

The bund cake pan can be used for covering the bund cake for next day(s) storage.
